Assistant Director for Administration and Operations

Biography

Lindsey serves as the Assistant Director of Administration and Operations for the College at Brown University, where she is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the division’s administrative, financial, and operational systems. She manages the team of operations professionals that execute the critical functions that support College programs. Lindsey brings diverse experience in project management and team leadership to her role, including her previous work at Brown as a Curricular and Co-Curricular Program Coordinator.

Prior to joining Brown in 2023, Lindsey spent 20 years in the professional beauty industry in event planning, project management, strategic educational planning and sales. She also serves as the Executive Director for a non profit that raises funds for first responders and their families. She holds a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, efficient, and inclusive environment that supports the strategic mission of the College.
